The reaction mixture was evaporated to dryness, then diluted with 200 ml of water and extracted with 400 ml of dichloromethane. The organic layer was dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate and then evaporated to dryness. The residue was passed through column chromatography to proved 9.85 g of compound Yhhu-0967 with a total yield of 72% in the two steps).
